Jolicia St Louis serves as the Director of Marketing & Communications at Every Mother’s Advocate (ĒMA), where she leads strategic engagement efforts to elevate the organization’s visibility and voice. In her role, Jolicia functions as the connective thread between ĒMA’s mission and the broader community, crafting compelling narratives, expanding external partnerships, and ensuring that the dignity and resilience of mothers remain at the forefront.
With a strong background in strategic communications and stakeholder engagement, Jolicia brings years of experience driving campaigns that amplify underrepresented voices and promote systemic change. Before joining ĒMA, Jolicia co-led a countywide storytelling campaign in partnership with the Miami-Dade County Mayor’s Office, spotlighting the resilience of small business owners through the Strive305 initiative. The campaign not only elevated entrepreneurs but also showcased the meaningful work happening at the intersection of local government and community.
Jolicia was drawn to ĒMA’s mission because it deeply aligned with her personal values and lived experiences. “I’ve seen the impact of family separation firsthand. Being part of a mission that advocates for justice, preservation, and long-term change is both personal and powerful.”
Outside of work, Jolicia finds joy in traveling the world, embracing new cultures, environments, and cuisines. She recharges through quiet moments spent reading, and though often thoughtful and reflective, people are often surprised to learn she’s also outspoken and passionate in conversation.
