THE ĒMA PROGRAM

ĒMA is a court approved, prevention program designed to advocate for moms in crisis to preserve their families. We pair moms at-risk of losing their children into foster care with our professional team of Care Coordinators and a volunteer ĒMA Advocate who builds meaningful relationship and provides holistic support, ensuring every mother has an opportunity to thrive. Our outcome-based model empowers families to achieve stability and stay together.

The ĒMA program is designed to support mothers in crisis who are:

  • AT-RISK OF FAMILY SEPARATION

We provide mom with 3 key services: Learning, Belonging, and Vital Support

 

Learning

Strengthening moms with research-based and trauma-informed curricula.

Belonging

Surrounding moms with advocates, professionals, and peers to strengthen their social support structure.

Vital Support

Connecting moms to needed services and resources in her local community.

We believe when mothers in crisis are met with deeply relational advocacy, holistic in nature, and centered around her needs as a mother, they are more likely to experience family stability.
