Program Technology Administrator

The Program Technology Administrator plays a critical role in supporting both ĒMA’s Headquarters staff and Affiliate organizations by ensuring that all technology systems run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires close collaboration with the direct service teams at both Headquarters and Affiliate locations, as well as with the Impact and Training teams, to ensure the technology infrastructure empowers the entire organization to fulfill its mission. Whether resolving technical issues, facilitating software upgrades, or providing training, you will foster a collaborative and solution-oriented environment across all teams.

Director of Broward

The Director of Broward is a pivotal leader responsible for the strategic planning, development, and execution of the ĒMA Program in Broward County. This role oversees local chapter programming, including staff recruitment and development, budget management, and community engagement. As a visionary leader, the Director will ensure alignment between program goals and ĒMA’s overarching mission of preventing family separation by advocating for mothers in crisis. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, stakeholders, and the program team, the Director will drive program success through innovation, continuous improvement, and a commitment to relational advocacy.
