Program Technology Administrator

The Program Technology Administrator plays a critical role in supporting both ĒMA’s Headquarters staff and Affiliate organizations by ensuring that all technology systems run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires close collaboration with the direct service teams at both Headquarters and Affiliate locations, as well as with the Impact and Training teams, to ensure the technology infrastructure empowers the entire organization to fulfill its mission. Whether resolving technical issues, facilitating software upgrades, or providing training, you will foster a collaborative and solution-oriented environment across all teams.

Director of Training & Content

The Director of Training & Content is a full-time leadership role responsible for the strategic development and management of ĒMA’s Training & Content Department, empowering afliate organizations, advocates across the country, and staff with the knowledge and tools needed to deliver high-quality, mission-aligned services. This role will enhance ĒMA’s approach to teaching and equipping communities with a replicable model for advocating effectively for mothers in crisis. The Director of Training & Content will establish a sustainable, high-impact training infrastructure that aligns with ĒMA’s mission to prevent family separation, advocate for mothers, and uphold dignity. In addition to leading the curation, organization, and production of high-quality training content, the Director will host annual gatherings that foster a national community of learning and practice. With a passion for creating impactful learning environments, the Director of Training & Content will drive ĒMA’s vision forward by developing and implementing a scalable training model that strengthens communities in supporting mothers in crisis and advancing family preservation efforts.

Affiliate Growth Specialist

This full-time position is responsible for driving Every Mother’s Advocate’s (ĒMA) national expansion and growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations. The role emphasizes three key components essential for scaling the organization: sales, partnerships, and innovation. The Affiliate Growth Specialist will develop structured processes and frameworks to efficiently and consistently manage and expand strategic relationships, aligning with ĒMA’s mission to support mothers and families. Through cultivating partnerships, the Affiliate Growth Specialist will enhance ĒMA’s Affiliate network, increase volunteer engagement, and extend ĒMA’s national reach.

Engagement Coordinator

The Part-Time Development Coordinator at Every Mother’s Advocate (ĒMA) will play a crucial support role in our fundraising and donor relations efforts. This position is responsible for managing donor information, processing contributions, and coordinating essential communications with our supporters. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping further the mission of ĒMA by supporting the day-to-day operations of the development team.

Director of Communications

The Director of Communications at Every Mother’s Advocate (ĒMA) will lead the strategy and execution of the organization’s communications efforts to increase visibility, engage supporters, and strengthen the brand. This role is ideal for a skilled, creative professional with experience in nonprofit communications who thrives in a small team environment. The Director of Communications will be responsible for producing content across digital and print platforms, managing brand consistency, and driving engagement through strategic storytelling.

Community Engagement Manager

Every Mother’s Advocate (ĒMA) is seeking a passionate and community-driven Community Engagement Manager to strengthen partnerships, mobilize resources, coordinate impactful events and drive local engagement efforts within Broward County, Florida. This hybrid position is designed for a self-led professional who excels in community networking, volunteer engagement, and fostering collaboration to advance ĒMA’s mission of preventing family separation by advocating for  mothers in crisis. The Community Engagement Manager will work closely with the Director of Broward and local stakeholders, including churches, nonprofits, and volunteers, ensuring ĒMA’s programs are supported and integrated within the community.
