Director of Broward

The Director of Broward leads the day-to-day execution of ĒMA’s program in Broward County, serving as the strategic translator between organizational program design and local implementation. Reporting to the VP of Programs, this role is responsible for bringing ĒMA’s model to life on the ground, managing staff, overseeing program delivery, stewarding the local budget, and building the community relationships that sustain the work.

Impact Evaluation Manager

The Impact Evaluation Manager ensures that Every Mother’s Advocate uses data to make the right decisions at the right time. This role owns how ĒMA measures, analyzes, and learns from program performance. It is responsible for turning data into clear, actionable insights that strengthen decision-making, improve program effectiveness and measure what is driving outcomes, and ultimately increase family stability and prevent separation.
