MEET THE TEAM
Charlee Tchividjian
Founder and CEO
In 2015, Charlee founded Every Mother’s Advocate and began serving as the Executive Director. She earned her B.S. degree in Psychology from Liberty University in 2013. Charlee is married to her husband Matt and together have two sons, Jacob and Levi. She has over 10 years of experience working in the nonprofit sectors of foster care, maternal health, marginalized women, and crisis pregnancy centers both globally and domestically. Charlee is 100% committed to seeing the effects of poverty on family separation eradicated in her lifetime by mobilizing others to act with sustainable mission. Next to being a wife and mother, she considers it her greatest honor to lead the efforts of Every Mother’s Advocate.
Cristina Galloway
Chief Operating Officer
Cristina earned her B.S. and M.S. degrees in Systems Engineering from the University of Florida in 2010 and 2012. After spending 11 years leading operational initiatives in other industries, she now spends her efforts optimizing the operations of ĒMA. Cristina has extensive ministry experience alongside her husband, Ryan, who has pastored a college ministry and led worship for more than 15 years. After experiencing perplexing challenges while parenting their children, Cayden and Elías, they are convinced that all mothers deserve deep support and helpful tools in order to be holistic parents and raise healthy children.
Krysten Cline
Vice President of Programs
Krysten earned her B.S.W degree from Southeastern University in 2012 and her M.S.W degree from Barry University in 2013. In 2009, she completed her first missionary trip to Southeast Asia, Cambodia, where her passion for advocating for vulnerable people groups began. Krysten has extensive training in trauma-informed Social Work and ministry leadership. Before joining ĒMA, Krysten brought awareness to the fight against human trafficking by addressing the needs of trafficking victims locally and globally. She believes the Church is strategically positioned to respond to the greatest needs within a community and remains passionate about empowering women, leading highly effective teams, and equipping the Church.
Katrina Robb
Vice President of Advancement
Katrina Robb earned her B.A. in History with a minor in American Ethnic Studies from Wake Forest University and her Master’s of Public Administration from the University of Central Florida. Dedicated to creating safe, just, and healthy communities, Katrina’s nonprofit career has focused on human services, particularly the well-being of children and families. As Vice President of Advancement at Every Mother’s Advocate, Katrina connects philanthropic individuals, businesses, and foundations to the critical issues facing ĒMA moms, inviting them to become active agents of change. She believes that when all members of society invest their time, talent, and resources in addressing broken ideologies and systems, everyone benefits and communities thrive. Outside of her professional role, Katrina enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two boys.
Tera Hill
ĒMA Broward: Manager
Nephratera Hill earned her B.A. degree in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University in 2016. She has a heart of service which is where she gained 10 years of experience in the nonprofit world. Nephratera has extensive experience in managing programs, teams, software, and community partnerships. As a Pompano Beach native, her desire to give back to the community she grew up in is the driving force to see others thrive in all aspects of life. Nephratera’s devotion to the prevention and restoration of disadvantaged communities is her true calling.
Charnelle Charlestin
Affiliate Support Manager
Charnelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from Temple University in 2006 and her Associate of Science in Early Childhood from Bucks County Community College in 2003. In 2016, she entered the nonprofit sector, rediscovering her passion for community service, particularly advocating for social justice. Charnelle transitioned into ministry in 2020 and joined ĒMA as an Advocate seeking family preservation through mother advocacy. Her passion for teaching and empowering faith-based communities with a sustainable mission in mother advocacy increased as she assumed the role of Affiliate Support Manager in 2022. Beyond her leadership experience in education, encompassing roles such as educational leadership coach, teacher and national director, Charnelle wholeheartedly embraces her position as a devoted mother of three. Navigating her journey with God, family responsibilities, and career with grace, she serves as a living example of the significance of achieving work-life harmony, fully comprehending both the challenges and joys associated with managing multiple roles.
Babie-Marie Henriquez
Client Services Coordinator
Babie- Marie has advocated for women in a variety of settings including domestic violence organizations , courts, hospitals, and The Florida Department of Health. She supports mothers in finding healthy ways to cope with life stressors and heal from past trauma. Her goal is to inspire women to take control of their lives and gain agency. She holds a B.A. in English Literature along with a minor in Sociology from University of Florida and Florida Atlantic University. Babie-Marie applies all that she continues to learn to serve every mother she is privileged to meet.
Belinda Knox
Advocacy Case Manager
Belinda Knox is an Advocacy Case Manager at Every Mother’s Advocate Broward. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Union Institute University and brings over 25 years of experience in social services to her role. Belinda has a diverse background, having worked with families, the homeless population, individuals with substance abuse issues, and those diagnosed with HIV/AIDS. Her deep commitment to community service is driven by her belief that everyone deserves support, and she is dedicated to sharing her experience, strength, and hope with the mothers she assists at ĒMA. Her unwavering faith and trust in God inspire her and sustain her ability to support others. Outside of her professional life, Belinda enjoys listening to old-school music, dancing, traveling, sampling various cuisines, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Leontyne Hall
Advocacy Case Manager
Leontyne Hall earned her A.S degree in Elementary Education From Broward College and her B.A degree in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2013. Leontyne has over 7 years of experience working with Child Welfare as a Dependency Case Manager, Drug Court Case Manager and Engaging Parent Coordinator. Additionally, she has 8 years of leadership experience with Broward County Public Schools. Leontyne has a passion for serving families and making an impact in the lives of others. Her mission is to leave an impact on every situation that she is connected with.
Lindy Johnson
Training & Content Manager
Lindy earned her BSW degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2013 and her MSW degree from Baylor University in 2014. Her MSW program allowed her to specialize in Attachment Theory & Practice Interventions which focused on the relational dynamics of children and families. Mission trips with her family growing up sparked Lindy’s passion to care for the vulnerable and advocate for families. Lindy’s expertise is in the area of childhood trauma, attachment, and complex family dynamics. Before joining ĒMA, Lindy advocated for connected families in a variety of contexts including faith communities, non profits, and individually through private practice counseling.
Hope Saliba
Communications Manager
Hope started her career as a graphic designer 12 years ago. She graduated from Liberty University with a BA in Cultural Studies and has spent most of the career working in the non-profit sector. Her passion for design and love for people collides perfectly in brand design. Just like someone should walk into a home and feel welcomed, important, and comfortable – that is how she wants people to feel when they interact with a brand she has curated. She also has an eye for interior design and gets to express that in ĒMA Centers.
Lisa Tchividjian
Development Coordinator
Lisa serves Every Mother’s Advocate in the area of donor relations and grant management. She has been with ĒMA since its inception in 2014. Lisa has a Bachelor’s degree in education from Florida Atlantic University. She has worked with her husband building a consulting business, as well as working within their church and community. She is a teacher, author, speaker and has been an advocate for multiple women over the years. Lisa and Stephan have been married for 35 years, have 5 children and 7 grandchildren. Lisa loves the outdoors, is an avid reader and Musical Broadway enthusiast
