Katrina Robb

Vice President of Advancement

Katrina Robb serves as the Vice President of Advancement at Every Mother’s Advocate (ĒMA), where she leads the organization’s efforts to build meaningful partnerships with philanthropists, foundations, businesses, and churches. Through her work, Katrina not only cultivates essential avenues for funding but also creates spaces where mothers are seen, heard, and supported, and where family preservation becomes a shared community mission.

With nearly two decades of nonprofit development experience, Katrina brings deep expertise in major gifts, grant writing, communications, and events. Known for blending strategy and heart, she is passionate about connecting people to purpose. Her greatest professional pride doesn’t come from meeting fundraising goals; it comes from hearing that a story she shared moved someone to act. “Inspiring someone to pause, connect, and give sacrificially is no small thing. That’s the deepest measure of impact.”

Katrina was drawn to ĒMA’s upstream prevention model and its commitment to serving those who are too often overlooked by traditional systems. “Supporting mothers before crisis becomes catastrophe isn’t just smart strategy, it’s a moral imperative.”

Outside of her professional life, Katrina finds joy and grounding in the simple things, reading, drawing, running, and spending time with her husband and two sons. Though she’s an only child, she was raised in a large extended family, giving her the independence of a solo kid and the warmth and energy of a sibling at heart.

Three words to describe Katrina? Strategic. Discerning. Heart-led.
