Krysten Cline serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Every Mother’s Advocate (ĒMA), where she leads efforts to engage mission-aligned individuals, churches, and organizations in collaborative partnerships that advance family preservation. With a background rooted in social work, community mobilization, and trauma-informed care, Krysten brings both professional acumen and personal empathy to her work, bridging strategy with compassion in every relationship she builds.
Prior to joining ĒMA, Krysten led the launch of Christ Fellowship’s first live, multi-site “Walk for Freedom” event in partnership with A21, a global anti-trafficking organization. The initiative raised $65,000 and mobilized hundreds, significantly increasing community awareness and action around the issue of human trafficking, an achievement that reflects her talent for galvanizing communities around meaningful causes.
With an MSW and direct experience as a Foster Care Re-Licensing Specialist at Kids in Distress, Krysten offers a nuanced understanding of the child welfare system and the complex dynamics facing families in crisis. She is a skilled communicator, trainer, and relational leader who has recruited and led hundreds of volunteers, built inclusive spaces for diverse communities, and delivered training and advocacy from a trauma-informed, culturally responsive lens. “ĒMA’s mission resonates deeply with me both professionally and personally. I’ve lived through hard seasons, and I know what it means to be held up by someone willing to walk beside you. That kind of support can change everything.”
Outside of work, Krysten finds joy in hands-on creativity and thoughtful hospitality. Whether hosting in her home or designing floral arrangements, she loves experimenting with new ideas as a way to show people they matter. Though often mistaken for an extrovert, she’s most at peace in quiet moments of creativity, finding beauty in reflection, detail, and meaningful connection.
Three words to describe Krysten? Thoughtful. Adventurous. Determined.

Quote she’s living by right now: “Give a man a fish, and he’ll eat for a day. Teach a man to fish, and he’ll eat for a lifetime. Train a man to run a fishery, and he’ll feed his community.”
