Lily serves as an Advocacy Case Manager at Every Mother’s Advocate (ĒMA), where she connects with moms and helps create a space where they feel a deep sense of belonging, comfort, and care. Through the intake process, Lily has the opportunity to hear each mom’s story, understand her needs, and begin building a supportive relationship from the very first interaction. She works to ensure every mom feels seen, loved, and supported, while also connecting her to community resources and pairing her with an Advocate who will support her throughout her journey.
A typical day might include walking alongside moms as they take their first steps into the program, helping meet tangible and relational needs, or supporting both moms and Advocates as needs arise. “When a mom opens up about the deepest and most difficult parts of her life, I am reminded how sacred that trust is.” Lily shares. “Being welcomed into those vulnerable spaces is an incredible honor, and it is a privilege to walk alongside moms as they navigate some of the hardest seasons of their lives.”
Lily was drawn to ĒMA because it felt deeply aligned with her purpose. “It felt right in my soul,” she says. “It felt like the beginning of a beautiful journey. One that would stretch me, teach me, and allow me to be part of something meaningful.” What continues to reaffirm her work are the everyday moments: when a mom opens up, when progress becomes visible, or even a simple message of gratitude. Each moment is a reminder that presence, care, and consistency matter.
