Matyka Holton serves as the Director of Broward at Every Mother’s Advocate (ĒMA), where she provides strategic direction and visionary leadership to the Broward County team. She oversees cross-functional teams, policy implementation, and stakeholder engagement to ensure that programs are responsive, efficient, and deeply rooted in the needs of the local community. With a sharp focus on innovation and outcomes, Matyka drives initiatives that deliver holistic support to mothers and families across the region.
Prior to joining ĒMA, she championed interagency collaborations and community resource initiatives that created more connected, sustainable systems of care. Her experience in developing data-informed programs, negotiating contracts, securing grants, and building high-performing teams reflects her commitment to long-term community impact.
Matyka was drawn to ĒMA through her deep-rooted belief in the importance of family-centered care. “To truly impact the system of care, we must begin at the core, the family. And the central figure holding that family together is the mother.” She sees motherhood as the foundation of a strong society and believes that developing systems to support, uplift, and sustain families creates ripples across generations.
Outside of work, Matyka finds joy and grounding in time spent at the park with loved ones, gardening, hosting friends, thrifting, and tackling DIY home-building and decor projects.
