RD Hill Jr.

Director of Program Technology

RD Hill Jr. serves as the Director of Program Technology at Every Mother’s Advocate (ĒMA), where he leads the design, development, and implementation of digital systems that support and strengthen the organization’s mission. With over two decades of experience in IT strategy, systems integration, and operational leadership, RD brings a blend of technical depth and human-first thinking to his role, building platforms that empower ĒMA’s staff, Advocates, and the mothers they serve.

From overseeing infrastructure and data security to architecting seamless workflows, RD ensures that ĒMA’s systems are intuitive, secure, and aligned with the organization’s values. His focus is always on making technology an invisible partner in the background, enabling the team to focus on what matters most: preserving families and advocating for mothers in crisis.

Before joining ĒMA, RD led the successful development and rollout of a custom software solution for a third-party logistics provider. From concept to full-scale delivery, he translated complex operational needs into elegant, efficient systems that improved performance across the board. “Seeing that system go live and knowing it changed the way people worked every day was one of the most rewarding moments of my career.”

What drew RD to ĒMA wasn’t just its technological aspirations, but its unwavering commitment to mothers in crisis. “At ĒMA, the work isn’t just about innovation, it’s about dignity, opportunity, and showing up for those too often overlooked.”

When not behind a screen or leading systems strategy, RD can be found on the sidelines of a baseball or softball game or cheering from the track as his kids race SXS and Micro Sprint cars. He also loves building, fixing, and cooking—finding joy in creation, problem-solving, and time with family.

Three words to describe RD? Empathetic. Innovative. Steady.
